The Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts (HOK) and the United Arab Emirates – Croatia Business Club have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening the international presence of Croatian craftsmen, facilitating access to the UAE market, and promoting Croatian crafts and products in the Gulf region.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Neven Roginić, President of the UAE-Croatia Business Club, and Mr. Dalibor Kratohvil, President of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
“We share the same goals, and together we can be even more effective in achieving them – strengthening the position of our craftsmen and entrepreneurs, improving the business environment, and enhancing the competitiveness of the Croatian economy. This cooperation opens valuable opportunities for our craftsmen, and I am confident that together we can contribute to the continued growth and development of Croatian crafts and the economy as a whole,” said President Kratohvil.
President of the UAE-Croatia Business Club, Mr. Neven Roginić, emphasized that this collaboration will make it easier for Croatian craftsmen to enter a new market, create concrete business opportunities, and increase the visibility of Croatian craft products and services in the dynamic UAE market.
The signing was also attended by Mr. Hrvoje Bujanović, Vice President of the UAE- Croatia Business Club, Mr. Antun Trojnar, Vice President of HOK, and Ms. Violeta Jelić, Secretary General of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts.
Among other initiatives, this partnership enables the organization of informative workshops and webinars for HOK members on business opportunities in the Emirates, educational programs, consulting, and the exchange of insights with successful Croatian craftsmen and entrepreneurs already operating in the UAE.
