The UAE-Croatia Business Club is dedicated to promoting the interests and activities of companies and individuals that strengthen ties between the UAE and Croatia.

The Club has a dynamic and engaged membership base, welcoming both individual and corporate members with business or cultural interests in the UAE and/or Croatia. Membership is open to those who can demonstrate a clear link to either country — whether as Croatian or UAE nationals, as organizations registered in either country, or as local representatives, agents or distributors of goods and services.

The UAE-Croatia Business Club is a vibrant and stimulating forum that brings together a wide variety of members ranging from UAE companies to Croatian companies and individual professionals. The Membership Directory provides a comprehensive overview of the broad spectrum of our community’s activities.

The Club is governed by a Board of Directors who are responsible for organizing a regular calendar of events and activities. These include presentations and discussions with influential local and international speakers, the introduction of new companies in both markets and meetings with key representatives of Croatian and UAE institutions. Monthly networking and social events create an environment for exchanging ideas, fostering partnerships and building meaningful connections.

Members benefit from regular updates and newsletters with information on business, cultural and promotional activities in both countries.

Neven Roginic

President, UAE-Croatia Business Club

Neven Roginić is the President of the UAE-Croatia Business Club and founder of Format 3D and L33T Digital Agency. With a strong presence in the Middle East, Neven has positioned Format 3D as a leading architectural visualisation company working with the best real estate developers and investment firms. The company has offices in Europe and Dubai and serves clients worldwide with advanced 3D visualisation and architectural solutions.

In addition to Format 3D, Neven is co-founder of Advising Solutions, a global consulting firm with over 50 experts specialising in industries such as healthcare, finance and technology, helping companies achieve sustainable growth through tailored strategies.

Neven’s academic background includes master’s degrees in civil engineering and agriculture from the University of Zagreb. He was also enrolled in a doctoral programme at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which has contributed to his expertise in innovation and global business.

At Format 3D, Neven has led projects for high-profile clients across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. Through his work with L33T Digital Agency, he has helped international brands such as Rolex, Apple, SAP and Audi achieve their digital marketing goals.

As President of the UAE-Croatia Business Club, Neven is committed to promoting bilateral trade and cultural co-operation between Croatia and the UAE. The club actively promotes Croatia as an attractive destination for Emirati investment and supports Croatian companies entering the UAE market, with a focus on sectors such as real estate, tourism, energy, agriculture and food production.

With over 20 years of experience in managing international projects and building global partnerships, Neven will continue to create opportunities and facilitate co-operation between Croatia and the UAE.

Alen Plevnik

Vice President, UAE-Croatia Business Club

Alen Plevnik is the Vice President of the UAE-Croatia Business Club, a dedicated entrepreneur and a leading figure in the fields of sports management and digital marketing. Alen Plevnik has a solid academic foundation. He holds a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a specialisation in Sports Management and is currently a PhD student at the Faculty of Kinesiology at the University of Zagreb.

As the founder of Digital Up Agency, Alen has worked with a variety of esteemed clients, including Wienerberger, Gašparić Group, Gyms4you and many others. His expertise lies in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, improving brand visibility and optimising operational systems for companies from various industries.

In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavours, Alen is a distinguished external lecturer at the Faculty of Kinesiology, where he teaches “Entrepreneurship in Sports” He uses his academic expertise and professional experience to inspire students and future leaders in the sports industry, emphasising the importance of innovation and strategic thinking in business.

Alen’s entrepreneurial path is deeply rooted in his sporting background as a member of the Croatian national team in sports dance. This experience taught him the values of perseverance, teamwork and excellence, which he continues to apply in his professional and personal life today.

As Vice President of the UAE-Croatia Business Club, Alen is instrumental in promoting co-operation between Croatian and Emirati companies. He actively creates opportunities in key industries such as sports, digital marketing, technology and tourism while promoting cultural and economic exchange between the two nations.

Sebastian Vukusic

Secretary, UAE-Croatia Business Club

Sebastian Vukušić is an experienced business consultant with over 25 years of experience in business management, strategy development and project implementation in various industries. As a co-founder of Advising Solutions, Sebastian Vukušić leads a team of 50 highly qualified consultants with diverse professional backgrounds, providing innovative and customised solutions to clients around the world.

Throughout his career, Sebastian has successfully led complex projects in areas such as renewable energy, technology implementation, agriculture and business consulting for both corporates and SMEs. His expertise lies in driving strategic initiatives, optimising organisational processes and building high performing teams.

Sebastian’s extensive experience includes serving as a board member in prestigious organisations such as Volkswagen AG, Motorola Solutions and INA Grupa, where he helped drive growth and operational excellence. His leadership role in managing renewable energy projects and the introduction of advanced technologies demonstrates his ability to navigate dynamic markets and deliver impactful results.

As Secretary of the UAE-Croatia Business Club, Sebastian plays a central role in promoting co-operation between Croatian and Emirati companies.
