Centar za restrukturiranje i prodaju (CERP) is a Croatian state-controlled entity responsible for managing, restructuring and selling business shares, assets and real estate held by the Republic of Croatia in companies not classified as being of strategic or special national interest. CERP’s portfolio includes minority and majority stakes in trading companies, and the agency conducts public tenders and sales of property, equity and enterprises on behalf of the state.
